Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. Like quality packing cubes that keep your belongings organized, we’ve designed this process to be simple and stress-free.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and safety, the following travel essentials cannot be returned:
- Travel pillows (for health protection reasons)
- Toiletry bags that show signs of use
- Opened or used packing cubes
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:
- Repackage items securely in original packaging
- Include all tags and accessories

- International refunds may take additional processing time
For Exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item via your original shipping method
- Expedited shipping available for additional cost
International Returns
For our global travelers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued in USD
